*NEED ONLY US CITIZENS OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS* *IT Integration Technical Analyst* *Department: *Information Technology *Location:* *Houston, TX* Position will be based in Galleria area with high frequency across the Houston facilities (Conroe - McCarty) *Seniority/Experience Requirement: *2-3 years of experience. *Education Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree *Responsibilities include the following:* · The *Integration Analyst's* role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the integration of all the Industrial applications. · Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems and software throughout the Industrial side. · *Must have prior knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC). * · Must have the ability to apply complex professional disciplines, concepts, practices, and methods to development projects. · Must have ability to understand database schemas and methodology. · *Must have knowledge and skills in one or more of the following: Oracle/SQL, PL/SQL,C,C++,Java* · Review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop testing strategies for improving or leveraging these systems. · Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new application under deployment or consideration to determine its intended functionality. · Field incoming problem tickets and help desk calls from end users to resolve Industrial application interface issues · Evaluate results of integration projects, then report and make recommendations based on findings. · Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging of these systems. · Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems. · Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users. · Monitor, test, and tune the performance; preserve and provide system log files as needed. · Designs and participates in implementation, Q/A, and validation of data, software or procedure changes. · Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area. *Skills we are looking for:* · Knowledge and skills in two or more of the following: Oracle/SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA, C , C++. · Knowledge and skills in open source development languages, coupled with a strong emphasis on object-oriented design and implementation. · Knowledge and skills in strong local syntax SQL (Standard Query Language) skills and ability to understand relational data models. · Basic knowledge of Products, Resources, Process Operations, Process Plans, Material Transformations, Quality Data Model, etc. · Knowledge of manufacturing process for the tube industry, knowledge of IT systems. *Best Regards,Object Technology Solutions, Inc.
