*Supply Chain IT Business Analyst (Contract Management and Logistics)* *Vegetable Supply Chain Information Technology St. Louis, MO * The Vegetable Supply Chain IT organization is looking for an experienced SAP LE Analyst. SAP LE is the primary role, and significant preference will be given to candidates that also have strong experience in SAP MM-PU, SD, or PP-PI. Monsanto's seed manufacturing business is complex and unlike typical manufacturing processes, therefore candidates must have strong technical experience and be able to quickly learn new processes to be successful in this role. This position will be responsible for owning assigned tasks, identifying and resolving issues, assisting with compatibility testing and defining/driving enhancements and configurations. The learning curve associated with the Seed Manufacturing and business process is steep, therefore the candidate must be technically strong. This role is to provide additional assistance to the existing team, supporting an existing implementation. *Responsibilities will include:* · Researching, replicating, and resolving issues · Trouble shooting, configuring and enhancing SAP LE, SD Logistics · Configuring MM-PU to support Contract Mgmt, Grower Accounting, and Payment activities · Configuring PP-PI to support plant production business activities · Development of Functional Design Specifications and other detailed enhancement documentation to support custom program development. · Cross-functional work with BI, QM, SCM, ABAP, FI, Basis, Operations, and other teams as necessary to resolve technical and process issues · Working with users and IT team members to define and document business requirements, determine the appropriate SAP configuration/customization required, or to document why the requirement cannot be satisfied by an SAP-based solution. *Qualifications* *Required skills/experience:* · 5+ years of Business Analyst experience · 2+ years of SAP experience · 2+ years of prioritization of work with customers (Internal and External) · Strong SAP LE, SD Logistics experience · Experience with custom development solutions (ABAP) · Ability to write technical specifications *Desired skills/experience:* · SAP MM-PU, PP-PI experience Best Regards, Surbi Confiancetech Solutions.
