*Minimum Requirements:*

*Oracle EBS Project Manager - HCM*

   - 7 - 10 years’ of experience in Project Management.  Ideally, 3-5 years
   managing global enterprise-wide ERP / HCM projects.
   - Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 Human Resource Applications
   is essential.
   - Strong knowledge of global HR Processes and Policies.
   - Experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies preferred.
   - Experience in Roll outs, Consolidations and Conversions.
   - Proven skills in Integration, migration, Data Consolidation and
   Conversion.
   - Experience in delivering application solutions in working with 3rd
   party application vendors.
   - Knowledge of Business Intelligence systems' capabilities (Dashboards,
   Ad-hoc reporting, etc.).
   - Ability to manage technical and functional resources.
   - Proficiency in relevant software skills, particularly the Microsoft
   Office Suite including MS Project and Visio and other project management
   tools.
   - High level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to
   manage scope and budget.
   - Ability to meet tight implementation schedules.
   - Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving
   abilities.
   - Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to
   work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
   - Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills.
   - Ability to articulate ideas to all levels of management, and to
   technical staff. Candidate must be comfortable communicating with very
   senior levels of management in the organization.
   - Ability to be a team player, and apply logical temperament,
   organizational skills and sound leadership.
   - BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
   - Master's degree in computer science or business administration is
   preferred.
   - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
   - This position may require up to 25% travel.




*Description:*

Project Manager with proven experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite R12
implementations, upgrades, migrations and rollouts. Focus on achieving
project deliverables and milestones on time and budget.  Ability to work
collaboratively with business users and resolve business issues through the
application of technologies, packaged solutions and custom development.

Should have excellent communication skills, clearly understand organization
requirements and be able to manage customer expectations. Attention to
detail and fulfill deliverables having broader scope and strategy of the
program and industry best practices.

The candidate must have exceptional understanding of Agile implementation
methodology, process and documentation requirements for Oracle Unified
Method (OUM) or Oracle Application Implementation Method (AIM). Has the
ability to lead requirement gathering, documentation, fit gap analysis and
extensive experience in managing reports, interfaces, conversions,
enhancements and workflow (RICEW) objects development. Requires in depth
understanding of Oracle HCM applications.

Have the ability to manage multiple projects in the program and support the
Program Management Office (PMO) by providing weekly updates, help prepare
periodic executive steering committee presentations. Be able to take
feedback, align and deliver to stake holder expectations

*RESPONSIBILITIES  &  SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES*

The project manager will be responsible for day-to-day project management
responsibilities for approved IT project initiatives. This includes
implementing a new global HRIS, automating and standardizing interfaces
with internal and external partners, and enhancing overall reporting
capabilities. The project manager will be responsible for managing a
project team in a matrix environment, tracking and reporting on financials,
and on-going team and steering committee status reporting. They will be
responsible for the successful implementation of new systems, integration
of existing systems, and automation of surrounding manual processes.

   - Participate in the preparation of proposals and statements of work,
   develop project estimates, including resources requirement to complete
   projects  on time and within the budget
   - Project planning and controlling (scope, schedule, cost, risk &
   opportunity management)
   - Manage project team deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
   - Manage communications to team and project stakeholders
   - Responsible for development of detailed project plan and its execution
   & control.
   - Responsible for managing the overall performance and delivery of large
   /cross-functional Oracle HCM implementation including but not limited to
   the design, development, testing, documentation and rollout.
   - Develop and maintain standard project documentation – project plans,
   agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to
   organization’s Project Management Standards and Software Development
   Lifecycle best practices.
   - Completes detailed project blueprint, including interfaces and data
   migration plan.
   - Develops key user training plan and documentation.
   - Manage a high degree of change in a fast paced, complex and demanding
   environment.
   - Facilitate technical and analytical gaps with project team. Work with
   solution architect to ensure cross-functional project deliverables are met.
   - Prepare management reports and presentations to assess and communicate
   project progress and metrics.
   - Act as a liaison and develop a positive, strong working relationship
   with team members, sponsors, and functional managers.
   - Manage the gathering of project requirements with project stakeholders
   including definition of scope, timeline for project deliverables and
   necessary resources.
   - Assign and monitor project deliverables to the assigned.
   - Partner with the Leadership team, business and other IT resources to
   solve complex problems, develop innovative solutions, remove barriers and
   collaborate with the sprint teams to iteratively deliver based on release
   plans.
   - Work alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Managers,
   and Implementation Partners to determine scope, planning estimates resource
   allocations and ultimate success criteria for the project.
   - Lead project(s) ensuring adherence to the established project
   methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures.
   - Facilitate the identification and mitigation of project risks and
   issues.
   - Responsible for maintaining budgets and providing status reports.
