One will be more focused on x86/wintel and other will be focused on unix.**Top Requirements:*Looking for a technical contributor with focus on (but not limited to) server/storage capacity and performance. 3+ years of implementation, administration, support, and/or design experience with Unix operating systems and related virtualization platforms (VMware, Power Systems) required. 3+ years of performance and capacity analysis and modeling experience. *Required Skills:-*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Must have strong knowledge and experience with Unix Operating Systems (RHEL, AIX, Solaris) including OS and application performance tuning. Must have experience supporting industry standard three tier web application environments (web/app/db) Very strong technical troubleshooting skills with focus on identification of performance issues. Highly innovative problem solver with strong analytical and customer service abilities required. Exceptional communication skills with ability articulate technical information and build partnerships across various organizational levels. High reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments. Perform a variety of engineering tasks around system design, implementation, integration and optimization within a technology domain or line of business. Utilize systems expertise and knowledge of software, hardware, networks, and/or storage to work across the business with architecture, application development, business analysts, DBAs and infrastructure to evaluate business needs and design and manage end-to-end technical solutions.Provide oversight, technical direction and expertise to other technical members of project and support teams. Leverage industry best practices to assess, design, test, approve, implement and support new and existing multi-tier solutions and systems. Provide expertise on assigned technology domain or assigned assets (to include interrelationships with other systems, applications and technology). Work with the business and across technology to analyze highly complex business requirements then manage the design or redesign of complex systems.
