 *Accessibility Tester (SDET-type resource)*

 *Role Requirements:*

-          Detail oriented

-          Able to focus on repetitive testing tasks

-          Clear communication style

-          Passion for accessibility and empathetic and understanding of
its importance

-          Onshore resource

-          Strong understanding of web code (HTML, Javascript)

-          Deep understanding of the presentation layer

-          Can assess the UI and the underlying code in the presentation
layer for accessibility

-          Understanding of CSS

-          Ability to provide technical recommendations to fix issues

*Preferred:*

-          Current Microsoft credentials

-          Previous experience working at Microsoft

-          VSTF skills for bug logging

-          Experience testing web sites for Assistance Technologies

-          Knowledge of WCAG 2.0

-          Familiarity with Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS)
