*REQUIREMENT 01:* Location: Parsippany, NJ Start date: Immediate Duration: 6 months with probable extension (WILL interview via phone or skype but candidate must relocate and work at location) GC HOLDER OR US CITIZEN ONLY! Description: *Experienced Mobile device and application tester.* Must have Lead level experience (sr not a lead). Not necessarily have led a group of testers, but has the experience thinking as a lead, i.e. setting up performance metrics. Sr. Test engineer with 7+ years' experience who can perform in a leadership role to determine test strategy and execute for multiple web and mobile products - One QA person is assigned to each project - each project may last 1-3 months and then they will move onto another project, so they must be able to be flexible and learn new applications quickly, assessing the risks and determining how best to test and then test it. Will be working directly with developers and if they can't immediately establish credibility with the developers, then the developers won't work with them. The candidate must have a solid knowledge of software testing, both mobile device and applications, and automation, they must be able to remain neutral and objective and have a lot of tenacity. The applications are various claims systems, so very straight forward and easy - you submit an application and then you are accepted or denied. Most are Federally funded, so there is also a new requirement about maintaining the data is a single DB (like with obamacare) which also must be encrypted to protect any PII, so any experience in testing PII data is a plus. The candidate must have excellent communication skills as they will Be working with high level internal and external (client) folks. Automation is a plus *REQUIREMENT 02:* *CRM APPLICATION DEVELOPER * *Job Location: South Brunswick NJ* *Target Start Date: ASAP* *Status: potential RTH * *Duration: 3 Months CTH* The primary responsibilities for this role include the following: This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining configurations, custom code and integrations for a Salesforce.com CRM implementation, with additional application development responsibilities.
