*Job Title: Automation Test Engineer (Automation, Selenium and Java)*
Client is looking for an expert in testing and test automation who has
extensive experience in Java and Java-based selenium. The successful
candidate is more likely to be a developer who has some interest in testing
than a test engineer who can also program. The work will be more R&D than
delivery, although this person will work on in-flight project.
They want someone who can look at how their test teams are structured and
make recommendations for efficiency and tool improvement. They want
someone who is not stuck in a rut of mature HP & Microsoft tools, but
continues to explore many tools especially open-source. This person has
applied his/her excellent programming skills in many scripting and coding
languages, and is equally familiar with Agile and waterfall modes of
production.
