Role: Onsite Technical Lead (Genesys IVR)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Experience - 8-10  Yrs.



• 8 to 12 years of intensive experience in designing and developing IVR
solutions using IVR technologies such as Genesys and call center
applications specifically CTI, IVR, call routing and integration with PBX
like Avaya / Cisco

• Strong experience in Genesys framework, Genesys Voice Portal (GVP),
Genesys SIP Server, Genesys Administrator Strong experience in log reading
and analysis of Genesys components Strong experience in Genesys CTI product
suite (CIM Framework, GVP, Routing)o Strong experience in delivering
projects using Genesys GVP components of version 7.x, 8.x (GQA, VCS, RM,
MCP, IVR T Server, CTI Connector etc.)o Must have Call Canter experience
and understand overall Call Canter concepts Exposure to Call
Routing/Strategy Capabilities, CTI, and T-Server operations Experience with
implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOA, VXML and Voice
Object Exo Experience



Additional Skills:

Good technology breadth of service lines .Will be the design SME for the
respective solution reporting to the Project/Program & Solution Delivery
Manager. Responsible for identifying & assessing customer
requirements/environment. Responsible to project detail design based on the
requirement study. Will necessarily get engaged in the project, during the
detail design phase, & will base the detail design on high level design
&customer inputs. The detail design will adhere to all design decisions &
design principles documented in the requirement and high level design.
Expected to hand-hold the implementation team, & guide the team during
implementation of the solution. Would also be expected to help the
implementation team understand the design and if need be, help in executing
the design at crucial junctures. The candidate is flexible to modify the
document, based on changes by the design document. High level customer
presentation. The detailed design documentation should also have estimated
effort and timelines for implementation. The candidate will also need to
participate in RFPs, RFIs and proof of concepts as and when required.
Should also provide transformation solutions in his area of expertise.
Effective communication skills, good articulation, ability to derive,
understand, analyse business requirements.
