The platform that they will use for managing these transactions is the Human Capital Management (HCM) modules of PeopleSoft. The business analyst will work with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies and operations of the BSC and recommend solutions that enable the BSC to achieve its goals and implement the HCM-NY Project Charter. . The business analyst will meet with staff from the BSC to document their business processes and business rules that will be implemented on the PeopleSoft platform The BA will also facilitate Business Process Re-engineering - the BA may assist with recommending changes to the organizational structure or personnel, as job functions may change as a result of the PeopleSoft implementation. The BA will identify what changes will occur in the business area, technical infrastructure or processes an how these affect other business units and operations.
