The person who is chosen must be on site 5 days a week in Trenton, NJ. Position Details (repeat this section for multiple positions) Consultant Role/Responsibilities or Tasks on Project: This Individual will be responsible for developing and guiding (understanding the big picture) and participating in (hands-on detailed work) data modeling/architectural work on an enterprise-level program in a fast-paced, Client-oriented environment. . Manage data in a large enterprise organization . Define and implement data architecture improvement opportunities . Define and enforce best practices for data modeling and database design . Participate in software data design and code reviews for SQL's . Support resolution of critical technical issues . Provide guidance to development teams . Maintain Data Model and associated documentation on the project Education/Experience Requirements: . 7+ years of IT industry experience with 5+ year's experience Data Modeling . Extensive hands-on expertise using Erwin Data Modeler . 5-7 years of experience using Erwin Data Modeler 7.x and higher . 5-7 years of experience working knowledge of capabilities and direction of technology Relational databases, columnar databases, time series databases, BI Platforms . 5-7 years of experience developing and maintaining formal descriptions of the data and data structures; this can include data definitions, data models, data flow diagrams, the application of metadata management, business semantics, data modeling, metadata workflow management Skills Required (provide specific details around tools, client environment, certifications needed, etc): . Strong knowledge in Customer Data Hub Architecture, data design and implementation . Experience in Data Quality Management . Experience in Information and Data Architecture Standardization . Metadata management, design and integration . Created metadata queries which would help in restart and to find out any missing link conditions or disabled tasks in a workflow.
