Role: Web sphere Developer*

Our client is a United States-based company that provides technology
and strategic consulting services and solutions to government
organizations. The Company serves Civil Government, Defense, Health, and
Intelligence, Homeland Security, and Law Enforcement markets by delivering
information technology (IT) solutions and professional services in such
areas as IT lifecycle services; cloud and mobile computing; cyber security;
solutions development and integration; and, strategy development and
organizational change management. It also provides experience in areas such
as energy and environmental consulting; intelligence analysis; advanced
research; and bioinformatics. Please see below for specific skill sets and
responsibilities. Interviews will be technical phone screen followed by onsite
interview with immediate start date (candidates must be able to pass
background prior to starting).

* Technical Landscape:* Web Sphere Message Broker 7.X, Web Sphere
Transformation Extender 8.3.X, Oracle EBS, Web Services, Java,
HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions
*Project Details:*
The project is the Oracle Federal Financials system used to process
payments to Medicare contractors. The team is continuing the development,
implementation, integration, maintenance, including software upgrades,
configuration management, program management, transition, support efforts
and governance of the program.
*Required Skill:*
Overall 5-7 + years of experience
Must have proven hands 5+ years of experience in the Web Sphere Message
Broker 7.X/Web Sphere Transformation Extender 8.3.X
Hands on experience developing solutions utilizing Oracle EBS
Modules
In-depth knowledge of standards/technologies that enable messaging,
including web services, Java, XML, ESB, SOA, and interoperability
Good understanding of HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions (271, 274, 837,
835)
Healthcare domain knowledge
*Preferred Skills:*
Experience utilizing Web Sphere Message Broker in the high
volume environment, including tuning, monitoring, load balancing, and
high-availability operations.
Experience writing Shell Scripts
