*Position: Validation Engineer*
*Location: Irwindale, CA (Near LA)*
*Duration: 5+ Months*
*Job Description:*
- 7 years of experience in the field of *Process validation of Medical
Devices.*
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferable
- Shall have experience on qualifying and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of
equipment/fixtures/tools, using DOEs, process capability studies and gage R
and Rs
- Shall have experience on writing test protocols and work instructions
- Shall have experience on CAD design, Assembly and creation of drawings
using Solidworks & AutoCAD
- Shall have working experience on Minitab
- Shall have experience on pFMEA and dFMECA
- Shall be Familiar with FDA (21 CFR part 820) and TUV regulations
- Shall have experience on 6 Sigma methodology
- Microsoft Office applications proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Project)
- Shall have good technical writing skills
- Shall have knowledge on Software validation of equipments.
- Shall have knowledge on creating software validation requirements
