*Duration: 6-12 months*

SQL Server 2008 / WCF Web Services / WCF Data Services.*
*Core responsibilities:*
- Build new systems with *BizTalk, .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>
/ VB.NET <http://vb.net/> / SQL Server 2008 / WCF Web Services / WCF
Data Services .*
- Scoping documents and technical specs, able prepare Status report &
Project Plan.
- Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing
presentations.
- *Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).*
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good knowledge of the *.NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio
2008, VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, ASMX and WCF
Web Services, and ADO.NET <http://ado.net/>*
- Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
- Good experience with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer,
Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented
architectures (SOA).
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented,
responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management
skills.
- Able to present and sell concepts.
- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software
implementation.
- Good Knowledge of P&C Insurance.
*Must have core skills:*
- Minimum 6-9 years .NET 3.5, C# ,ASP.Net ,DHTML ,ADO.Net and SQL
Server DDL & DML experience, Web services and WCF ,SOA
- Architecture, XML Concepts, WWF ,Threading, LINQ.
- HTML , CSS and JavaScript
- Visual Studio 2008 Development Environment
- Object orientated coding
- Write DML SQL Quires
- Should Know How to use SQL Joins
- Write DDL SQL
- Client facing responsibilities
*Nice to have skills:*
- Genies system knowledge would be a added advantage
- SilverLight Exposure
- Version control knowledge
- Agile development methodology experience
- Auto , Renter & Home Owners Insurance product Experience
