2. Experience in handling essbase/planning crashes, performance issues

3. Experience in managing services in Windows  and UNIX environments

5. Experience in installing EAS client, SmartView, Excel-addin, IR Studio ,
FR Studio clients for end users

4. Experience in using MS SQL server, Oracle database

6. Experience in provisioning users, generating security reports

7. Experience in creating, registering, copying, migrating applications
between environments

8. Experience in installing SSL certificates

9. Experience in maintaining web portal built on ASP

10.Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer service
skills

11.Documentation and Presentation

1. Knowledge of powershell scripts

2. Knowledge of MAXL scripts

3. Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
