> In depth understanding of technical objects within the Benefits /Payroll
module in SAP HCM
> Experience in design of interfaces for a 3rd Party Benefits Administrator
and integration with Payroll
> Experience in Payroll Schema as it relates to Benefits Integration
> Project Responsibilitie sinclude
- Configure the changes in SAP Benefit Admin to support plan changes.
- Ensure payroll is processed correctly with all the changes and employee
gets paid correctly.
- Create functional spec for new interface to Vendors
- Create functional spec for existing modification interface to Vendor
- Design the extract for the interface from /to SAP
- Prepare test scripts and coordinate testing
- Fix issues as they arise during testing phases
- Provide go-live support
- Provide knowledge transfer to support team
