Position: SAP Basis consultant Location : Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 Months Technical skills : Required • Minimum 8+ years SAP Basis experience & and must have worked on at least 3 SAP end-to-end Implementation & Support Projects • Designing & Installation of various SAP System Landscapes • Experience in SAP Application Server & DB Migration • Working on Cluster environment is a must, CRM Upgrade hands-on experience • Work experience in DR is an additional advantage • Should have experience in Multi system Environment(Windows, Linux, OS390, AIX) • Experience in DB2 is an added advantage. • Kernel upgrade, Patch upgrade (ABAP & JAVA) • Performance monitoring included alert monitor, workload analysis, Database and Buffer monitors • Systems trace and debug utilities to optimize the performance of the Application • Problem solving & rectification based on support issues • Work experience in Third party servers like Tax ware, Mercator is an additional advantage • Portal Experience is must. • Experience in table space Administration including Review, backing up database, archive log backup and monitoring different backup logs • Background & Spool administration • Must have good understanding and experience in both Technical and Functional aspects of SAP. • Ability to Design and Architect various models using SAP Security Approaches • Change Requests and Transport administration • Experience in Restoration of database • Worked with Solution Manager in configuring Satellite systems, EW analysis. • Ability to work on CHARMS • OSS market place administration – maintenance of system, user access, opening connections, maintaining password in secured area and applying license keys. • Ability to gather business requirements and design an SAP support solution • Understanding of SAP lifecycle development • Experience with moderately complex SAP solutions with considerable customization beneficial • Hands-on experience with all aspects of application testing: unit, QA, integration, and performance. • Relevant SAP Certification will be added advantage Praveen
