Sr. QA Test Analyst St. Louis, MO 6 months Need an experienced Sr. QA Test Analyst to lead up testing for a suite of projects. Tester will be embedded with the development team following an iterative development project. -Analyze project scope to determine types of testing and test approach. -Create test plan and gain suggestions to the test approach from the project team. -Assist with recruiting test analysts to create and execute tests. -Test results reporting. -Process improvement suggestion/implementation. -Hands on testing. -Requirements analysis and clarification. -Test tool set up, implementation, and support for the project team. -Point person for all QA related matters for a project team. -Test estimation. Experience -4+ years leading QA projects -Mobile test experience -HP tool suite experience -3-4 years QA test support in the hospital/clinical industry projects mandatory (familiar with hospital/clinical terminology) -3-4 years working in an iterative/agile development environment leading testing Duties Liaison with on-site project team, developers, and business Plan QA testing activities Perform QA testing and results reporting Required Skills Team minded (working with project managers, coordinating team activities, etc.) Good planning skills (time management, etc.) Excellent communicator (written and verbal skills, interpersonal skills) High attention to detail Ability to build, recruit, and retain a QA team Agile Methodology experience, Iterative Methodology experience Technical Skills: Testing JAVA applications Cloud technology testing Mobile testing (Device Anywhere experience) Able to write and execute read SQL queries to verify and validate database tables Web service testing experience Quality Center v10.0 experience (requirements, test plan/lab, defects, dashboard) Device Anywhere LoadRunner exposure/Ability to plan load testing and analyze results.
