Skill detail (on the below #1 is important, #2 is preferred, #3 is important) Experience Flash media server 3.5/4.0 ( one VOD, Interactive and Enterprise flavors) Video On Demand FLVplayback component( 2.0 /dynamic switching). Understanding for server side scripting Monitoring and debugging tools Understanding of instance/folder setup with multiple bandwidth videos Basic understanding of social media applications.
