Looking for senior testers that can own their functional areas and work independently - with the capability to come up to speed on key areas within the service and be able to do the analysis, data prep, and test execution end to end. Must have strong rules experience and be a “9” out of “10” on the analytical scale. A system testing background will be helpful/plus. They are working with a lot of data, need to be able to do analysis on the rules/figuring out what the rules scenarios should look like, and test cases. Mortgage background is preferred. The Team is well structured, processes and reporting is already in place, so they need someone to plug into a heads down testing role. Will not need to help with establishing procedures or take lead on team/project. Looking for someone who has a good attitude and willing to learn.
