Excellent English verbal and written communication skills This will be assessed during the candidate’s interview, if there is one. The candidate will be evaluated on their English verbal and written skills, and ability to effectively transfer their technical knowledge to OMH staff. 3. Proven ETL experience in a data warehouse environment including familiarity with warehousing concepts, design and development of complex mappings, experience merging data from multiple sources, performing incremental updates and working on very large tables 2. Demonstrated expertise using Informatica versions 6 or higher for mapping and workflow design and development including the use of maplets, reusable transformations and worklets 3. Demonstrated experience with the operation of Informatica using Oracle data base for sources and targets including strategies and techniques to attain acceptable performance with large tables 4. Demonstrated experience using Informatica to build approval workflows and/or stewardship applications 5. Demonstrated experience designing or building a metadata repository that meets IT and business user needs 6. Demonstrated experience with ETL for Master Data Management and/or Healthcare Information Exchanges 7. Demonstrated experience using Informatica Data Quality 8. Experience specifying and conducting testing, including system (e.g. unit, integration, regression, load, performance), and user acceptance testing 9. Experience enforcing use of data standards (e.g. through policy development and data quality monitoring) 10. Demonstrated experience designing, building, or using data stewardship tools and/or policies to manage chance in information models and/or value sets 11. 2 or more years of successfully and efficiently developing and using Web Services to perform application integration 12. 2 or more years of successfully and efficiently using Oracle 9+ and PL/SQL 13. Demonstrated experience using an EVS as the definitive source for data warehouse dimension and/or analytic tables 14. Demonstrated experience using Informatica 8+ PowerCenter for ETL and/or web services 15. 2 or more years of successfully and efficiently using .NET APIs to perform application integration 16. 2 or more years of successfully and efficiently using Java APIs to perform application integration 17. Demonstrated experience with ICD-9 to ICD-10 transition planning and execution 18. Experience establishing vocabulary stewardship / change-management processes 19. Demonstrated experience using Apelon Distributed Terminology Services' APIs for application integration 20. Demonstrated experience with e-Prescribing standards including NCPDP SCRIPT 21. Demonstrated experience with Healthcare Interchange standards including HL7 CCD or CCR 22. Demonstrate experience using a leading healthcare integration engine (e.g. Healthshare, BizTalk) 23. Demonstrated experience with business process modeling (e.g. using UML, BPMN) and re-engineering 24. Demonstrated experience with diagnosis and problem-related standards such as DSM-IV and SNOMED-CT or ICD-9 CM 25. Demonstrated experience using SAS 9+ Base 26. Demonstrated experience with LOINC 27.
