Thanks..! *Title:* SAP BASIS Consultant *Start Date:* 02/15/2016 *Bill Rate:* $80.00/Hour *Locations:* Akron, OH *Additional Details:* *Description:* *Softtek Integration Systems, Inc.* is seeking an experienced *SAP BASIS Consultant* to support our client near *Akron, Ohio*. This is a *one month* position, with possible extension. *Job Description:* *Tasks:* • Need to assess the performance impact of migrating a pre-defined group of ERP users from solely using ERP to transaction launching call center transactions via CRM to ERP. • Create a formal Health Check document regarding your findings and recommendations. • Analyze both CRM 7.0 EHP3 and ERP EHP7 systems to identify bottlenecks and possible improvements. • Identify expensive SQL Statements. • Evaluate applicable OSS performance notes for application by Basis • Identify possible ABAP profile parameters changes • Troubleshoot client performance using web based ICM, ITS applications. • Troubleshoot and debug standard ABAP AMI functionality • Communicate technical risks associated with performance related changes. • Identify any possible Solution Manager based services. *Skills required:* • Strong understanding of workload analysis. • Extensive knowledge of SAP Basis as it applies to CRM and ERP ABAP based systems. • Strong understanding of ICM, ITS, HTTP, RFC components within the ABAP stack. • Strong working knowledge of Fiddler or related http tracing tools. • Skilled with CCMS monitoring tools. • Strong oral and written communication skills *Role: SAP BASIS Performance Assessment Responsibilities* • Need to assess the performance impact of migrating a pre-defined group of ERP users from solely using ERP to transaction launching call center transactions via CRM to ERP. • Create a formal Health Check document regarding your findings and recommendations. • Analyze both CRM 7.0 EHP3 and ERP EHP7 systems to identify bottlenecks and possible improvements. • Identify expensive SQL Statements. • Evaluate applicable OSS performance notes for application by Basis • Identify possible ABAP profile parameters changes • Troubleshoot client performance using web based ICM, ITS applications. • Troubleshoot and debug standard ABAP AMI functionality • Communicate technical risks associated with performance related changes. • Identify any possible Solution Manager based services.
