1. Need to enjoy doing Data Analysis and pursuing issues that they
find
2. Someone who just says “this doesn’t work” is of no value. They
need someone who will say “This is why this doesn’t work”
3. *HEALTHCARE* Insurance Experience is an absolute MUST
