SAP Solution Architect LOCATION: Raritan, NJ, United States Requisition Details: Primary Tasks and responsibilities - Provide client facing role as a Solution Manager support functional consultant at Onsite - 3 years of functional and technical experience with SAP Solution Manager - Deep understanding and experience in SAP Solution Manager functionalities, processes and workflows - Expertize in implementation of Problem Management process in Solution Management - Support experience of ChaRM and ITSM processes Technical profile requirements - Previous experience with Solution Manager Support. - Technical skills to write Functional Specification for Solution Manager Enhancements in Incident Management and ChaRM. - Good Knowledge of Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 features - Good understanding on Security Roles of Solution Manager. - Good Knowledge of Solution Manager BW reporting capabilities. - Hands-on experience with HPQC on Requirements and Testing Modules - Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations - Experience of working with US clients Non-Technical profile requirements - Conduct Weekly Review Meeting with Change Champions. - Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work) - Co-ordination skill to work with Offshore team - Flexibility to switch roles between Support work and Project work. - Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills - Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision - Quick learner, motivated self-starter - Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills - Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Methodology/Certification requirements - Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
