The Tibco Programmer Specialist is involved hands on in designing, coding, enhancing and testing of software applications to meet business process requirements. He/she applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications. Design and implementation of analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology Design and develop applications based on technical/functional design documents. Includes hands on involvement in designing, coding and testing of program modules Solid TIBCO experience including In Depth of Knowledge on TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and administrator Performing configuration activities such as EMS or JMS, XML parser (mapping), XSLT, JDBC, Shared configuration Resources, FTP, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL) and general Activities in the Business Process Design Creation of JMS objects and EAR files and deploying them into TIBCO Admin Server Person should have solid background on understanding of TIBCO - JDBC connectivity and good SQL tuning procedures.
