*Job Title : Senior Oracle DBA Location : New York City,NY (Local Consultants preferred) Duration : 12 months Rate : $575/Day* *Must have 10-12 yrs of Oracle expertise. STRONG tech skills; *Oracle 11g Linux/Unix platform RAC - a MUST VLDB (very large database experience – 3-4 terabyte environments, at a minimum). Excellent comm skills – this is important... will work w/business on occasion. Financial industry experience (at least 1-2 recent projects - this will be the difference-maker) Prior experience migrating Unix to Linux or vice-versa is a BIG plus, and candidates with this will be considered over others (all things being equal).
