Preferably from the Oracle AR module data model. For a Bus Objects (BOBJ) resource we usually look for people with 5-7 years of experience developing Universes and Webi reports. The person should have developed multiple Universes in different projects and should have worked in at least one project developing an UNX Universe using the new IDT tool. In this project would also request knowledge of multi-source Universes.
