*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:*
Ability to *lead planning, gathering documentation of business
requirements, involving interfacing with clients and the office of
technology services.*
*Ability to perform business analyst functions including:*
· Identifying user requirements by researching and analyzing user
needs, preferences, objectives and working methods, studying how users
utilize content, including data categorization and labeling; meeting with
focus groups
· Documenting requirements, specifications, process improvements
and solutions to meet stated objectives
· Working with business units to evaluate and implement
improvements to existing applications and/or processes
· Act as a quality assurance testing resource
· Effective in assisting project managers in developing project
plans.
· Effective in working with clients and technical staff to achieve
solution-oriented results.
*Required education/experience:*
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Management Information
Systems, or a related fieldof study.
· Four to seven years demonstrating continuously increasing levels
of business systems analysis responsibilities and accomplishments.
*Preferred experience:*
Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Java script, VB Scripting, Software Design,
Software Documentation, Software development process, Software requirement
development.
Experience actively participating on project teams for the implementation
of new application and/or additional functionality of existing software
applications.
