If you're referring to draft-ietf-opsawg-pcap, the most recent commit to
draft-ietf-opsawg-pcap.md in the repository is

Update to the new name for pcapng.
It's now "PCAP Now Generic".
and the only differences between draft-ietf-opsawg-pcap-06.txt and the
generated-from-GitHub draft-ietf-opsawg-pcap.txt are formatting and dates, not
anything substantial:

and those are probably the result of differences in the generating process.
Are you referring to changes mentioned on the list that *aren't* in GitHub, are
