Dear all,

I’d like to share a recent draft published on the IETF datatracker:

It introduces a behavioral extension to HTTP based on the OODA loop,
with semantic vectorization, temporal memory, and adaptive interaction
with TLS (e.g., triggering TLS 1.3 KeyUpdate).

Following TLS WG feedback, I’d like to ask:

Does this fit within your group’s scope?

If not, could you advise on the most appropriate venue?
