2) Gave additional reference for gtpuMsgType field in sec 3 and 5
3) Reworded gtpuHeaderSection and updated gtpuTEid description in sec 3 and 5
4) Added a figure for gtpuFlags in sec 5
5) Fixed the errors and slightly modified the alignment in Figure 1 and 2 in
Sec A.1.1

This document introduces IP Flow Information Export (IPFIX)
Information Elements to report information contained in the Generic
