Hi Doug, all, In preparation for the forthcoming IETF LC, I made my AD review based on -19. Unsurprisingly, the document is stable enough. There are some very minor nits that I suggest to fix to save us some comments in the last mile. Please clean up unused refs (there are mentioned in the review as well).
