The CfA is now closed, and we have received several substantive reviews plus
all positive support for this draft to become a WG document. Many of the
reviews asked for changes and clarifications in the text, which we as a WG look
forward to.

For now, authors, please resubmit this draft as
draft-ietf-opsawg-scheduling-oam-tests-00 replacing
draft-contreras-opsawg-scheduling-oam-tests. DO NOT make any other changes.

Once that is done, please respond to those that provided feedback so this draft
can continue to progress as a WG document.

Thanks.

Joe and Benoît
