*************************************************************************************** Call for Tutorials IEEE NetSoft 2025 “Sustainable and secure networks for distributed AI and compute” 11th IEEE International Conference on Network Softwarization 23-27 June 2025 – Budapest, Hungary https://netsoft2025.ieee-netsoft.org/ *************************************************************************************** *** IMPORTANT DATES *** * Tutorial submission deadline: February 3, 2025 * Acceptance notification: March 4, 2025 * Tutorial material: June 9, 2025 ------------------------------- *** SCOPE AND MOTIVATION *** The 11th IEEE International Conference on Network Softwarization (NetSoft 2025) will be held on June 23–27, 2025 in Budapest, Hungary. IEEE NetSoft has been created as a flagship conference aiming at addressing "Softwarization" of networks, and systemic trends about the maturing of Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and Service Function Chaining (SFC). IEEE NetSoft 2025 conference seeks tutorial proposals, which should provide clear and focused teaching materials covering hot and emerging topics within the scope of the conference, and this year's theme: "Sustainable and secure networks for distributed AI and compute". *** SUBMISSION GUIDELINES *** A NetSoft 2025 tutorial proposal should be submitted in a single PDF file (4 pages max.), and must include the following: 1) Tutorial title 2) Tutorial duration: short (90 minutes) or long (180 minutes plus a break) 3) Abstract briefly describing the concept, motivation and objectives of the tutorial (up to 300 words) 4) Names, affiliations & short biographies of the speakers highlighting their experience on the proposed topic (up to 300 words per speaker) 5) Intended audience and a brief description of the background required by the tutorial attendees. 6) The planned format of the tutorial e.g., hands-on or demo, including a tentative time schedule. 7) Tutorial content: detailed description of the tutorial content. It should highlight the relevance and timeliness of the addressed topic, the goal of the tutorial and an outline of its content.
