Hi Doug, all,

Some comments on this version:

* nit: s/Pre-Shared Keys (PSKs) Section 3.5/Pre-Shared Keys (PSKs) (Section 3.5)
* nit: s/Although this document removes the option of MD5 obfuscation Section
4/ Although this document removes the option of MD5 obfuscation (Section 4)
* nit:

OLD:
TACACS+ clients and servers widely support IPV6 configuration in
   addition to IPV4.

NEW:
TACACS+ clients and servers widely support IPv6 configuration in
   addition to IPv4.

* Internal inconsistency: the first sentence makes a reco, while the last
sentence says no.

CURRENT:
Implementations MUST support the TLS 1.3 mandatory cipher suites
(Section 9.1 of [RFC8446]). The cipher suites offered or accepted
SHOULD be configurable so that operators can adapt.

This document makes no cipher suite recommendations. Readers should
   refer to [BCP195] for guidance.

* Move [RFC9190] to be listed as informative

@Arnaud/@Alan: Can you please help check your concerns are addressed in the
document? FWIW, a diff against the version that was WGLCed can be seen at:

Thank you.

Cheers,
Med
