We continued the discussion of New Project Proposal<https://wiki.opnfv.org/download/attachments/2925877/20190909_CNTT_RI_Proj_Proposal_OPNFV_Community_Review.pptx?version=1&modificationDate=1568084376799&api=v2> CNTT-RI<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/PROJ/Project+Proposals%3A+CNTT-RI>. Mike Fix summarized those comments that have been received in mailing list and wiki, and how those comments have been clarified and resolved. The project proposal was also revised according to those comments and clarifications. At the end of the discussion, all agreed that those comments in mailing list, wiki and during live discussion have been reasonably resolved. Thus consensus has been achieved to recommend this New Project Proposal<https://wiki.opnfv.org/download/attachments/2925877/20190909_CNTT_RI_Proj_Proposal_OPNFV_Community_Review.pptx?version=1&modificationDate=1568084376799&api=v2> CNTT-RI<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/PROJ/Project+Proposals%3A+CNTT-RI> for TSC Creation Review. At the end the meeting, there was a question regarding the meeting next Monday (9/23) because many people will attend ONS Europe next week. All agreed to cancel the meeting next Monday 9/23 unless there is an urgent topic to dscuss.
