At the end of discussion, Trevor Cooper<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/~trev> will take the action to give feedback to SPC regarding 2 suggestions: 1. A few bullet points of what SPC and its mission is; 2. If possible, turn those questions into multiple choice questions, perhaps the last options can be always "Other. Please specify".
