David,

I would like to point out that practically all links provided in the tables
point to master branch, for example:

https://git.opnfv.org/fuel/tree/docs

when it should be most likely be

https://git.opnfv.org/fuel/tree/docs?h=stable%2Fhunter

Unless it is implicit that all these links point to the proper branch for that
release - I suppose nobody is going to use these link to access release source
code and I guess it is not clear the exact purpose of these links.

Thanks

   Alec

Subject: Re: [opnfv-tsc] Hunter release MS8 - 11, week of May 6 #hunter #release

Team,

Hunter 8.0 release is today.
· I was late in posting the tagging
instructions<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Git+Tagging+Instructions+for+Hunter>;
however, they have not changed since the last release. So, if you have not
yet tagged your repo for Hunter 8.0, please do so.
· Also, at least half of the projects have not yet added their
documentation links to the documentation compliance
page<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Documentation+Compliance+for+Hunter>.
 Please complete that today.
· The download page is planned to go live on May 14.

Team,

We are approaching the initial release of Hunter, beginning 3 weeks from today
(May 7).

The schedule is as follows:
· May 7 - MS8 / complete formal testing
· May 8 - MS9 / complete final documentation
· May 9 - MS10 / update JIRA
· May 10 - MS11 / tag for initial release
Note that I mistakenly used the wrong date for MS8 on the TSC call this
morning. The actual date is May 7. Sorry for the confusion.

Installer owners and scenario owners, please check the status of CI for your
project. Please ensure that scenarios are deploying successfully and passing
health check. Also, scenario owners, please check the intent-to-release
columns on the scenario status
page<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/SWREL/Hunter+Scenario+Status> for accuracy.

Let me know if you have any questions.

David
