It might be too late notice, but we are starting to talk in the test working group again about coming up with an overall guide/strategy on how to integrate the different testing projects. An idea is to see if a guide or script could be produced that would pull the different tools together and make it easier for the end user to run them. The example I can give is to have Barometer measuring systems under test while Yardstick is running a performance test. Right now that would require a fair amount of reading and work on the part of the end user to pull these two together. Add to that the test results DB container (if the user does not want to publically publish their results) and I see that has a fairly high barrier to entry.
Is this something we want to take beyond the test WG and discuss as part of the broader technical community?
