Hi Doctor team,
I've decided to step down from Doctor PTL and nominate Tomi Juvonen for new PTL.
This is for new team formation in order to focus on maintenance topic rather
than fault management topic. As Doctor team, we've finished R&D phase for fault
management. We are now maintaining testing code internally, although there are
new test cases and improvements we are working on. The scope of Doctor project
includes maintenance use case, as the target feature can be commonly used to
provide state of virtualized resource to VIM consumers from monitoring of the
underlying infrastructure.
Tomi is one of original members joining from the project creation. As you know,
he brings valuable architecture views to this project and has been working on
maintenance specification quite a long time. He has already reached out
multiple upstream projects for design discussion, and also led the series of
maintenance PoC development.

Thank you all for your great support, I've really enjoyed my time as the PTL.
I'll remain the project though. :)
