However, it's true that I haven't provided specific guidance for MS2. I'll update the page to indicate that MS2 applies to feature projects. However, note that MS2 doesn't necessarily apply to all feature projects. For example, IPv6 relies on the testing that Apex does when it deploys os-nosdn-nofeature-ha.
