Basically because we have no resources to work on that. Therefore we opened an intern project proposal to find someone that can help us with that task. https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/DEV/Intern+Project%3A+Functional+tests+for+Kubernetes+deployments We would like to offer a bunch of simple test cases that make sense only for container based deployments without openstack (e.g. k8 deployments in JOID). If possible, we could also integrate upstream suites from Kubernetes as we are doing today with Tempest/Rally. This is of course our wish, but the topic is still open. I think there is a python module for kubernetes, so the idea would be to start writing tests in python using Functest framework using that client. We have collaborated with yardstick team to write the test cases for container <->container and container <->virtual machine. We have another requirement for functest. How can we make kubernetes e2e test integrated with functest? I can pick a volunteer with your project to finish this task . But I don’t know how many gap between k8s e2e and functest for integration. Have you investigated before ?
