Team, After processing our first two exception requests, I found that using email was awkward and messy. It's also hard to keep track of exception requests, since they're buried in email threads.
Therefore, I created a wiki template and enabled it via a button that can be used to create a new form, based on the template. Each form that is completed will be listed in a table.
