Hi Matthew, Sofia, Mark, et. al. I've uploaded a patch for this[1]. This appears to be a bug introduced by docutils > 0.12 related to parsing remote image links in docs.
Got it to fix locally for me, though I had to remove the tox virtualenv after introducing the fix, so we may need to do the same on the docs build server.
