Hi, The motivation for nominating Yang Yu (Gabriel) for PTL promotion is due to his long history of providing value to Bottlenecks projects through consistent high quality and valuable contributions. He has played the most critical role in the project in terms of development and project management since Colorado. He has introduced POSCA test suite, introduced stress tests, Added CLI framework, refactored testing framework, many bug fixing works, demonstrated project works in meetings/plugfest, organized the Bottlenecks weekly meeting, attended community discussions, maintained project WIKIs, improved Bottlenecks documentations and assured Bottlenecks could release successfully.
