We had a very good discussion on Thursday March 9th. Thank you all for participation and contribution. We primarily discussed a new project proposal SampleVNF<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/PROJ/Project+Proposal%3A+samplevnf>. Through the discussion, group achieved consensus to recommend it for TSC creation review by addressing 4 issues: 1. clarify feature-completeness v.s. production quality, and for testing purpose instead of commercial purpose; 2. No conformance testing; 3. No field deployment 4. Apache 2 License will be used. For details, please refer to the meeting minutes page [1], which includes attendees list and IRC log [2].
