The Linux Foundation will be performing a restart of jenkins
(build.opnfv.org) to apply a java security patch

Why:
Java Security update

Impact:
Jenkins will be in shutdown mode for 2 hours before the restart
~2 minutes of downtime while the jenkins restarts.
