Hello Mark,

CentOS repo is present in the CI scripts - it can be changed to RedHat repo 
anytime.
It was developed primarily against CentOS upstream. It was a concept and we 
didn't have RedHat subscription.
I think that it work with both repo's like TripleO (it must).
