Team,

We've started the final third of the Danube release cycle and it's time to
think about the next release. On March 27 (tentative), the window will
open for projects to state intent to participate in the "E" release.

Recall that new projects must first get approval from the TSC to become
part of OPNFV *before* they may join a release. This requires a minimum of
two weeks, following the submission of a new project proposal
<https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/PROJ/Project+Proposals> to the TSC.

Therefore, if you are considering a new project for OPNFV, now is the time
to get your proposal into the TSC for review. DO NOT wait until March.
