committers for the PTL update
Hi all:
The CVP is very import for the OPNFV community and has been approved by the
board. So the dovetail moves more faster than before.
With the development of the dovetail, there are more and more work needed to be
done and it needs more and more contributors and committers for the progress.
Here, the dovetail team calls for more contribution in the whole community to
join dovetail.
With the contribution, there will be more committers selected.
Soon or later. As usually, the PTL will be update with the progress of project.
I will step down the PTL. And the new PTL will be selected.
the dovetail will move more regularly. And more and more people will join the
dovetail.
