Hello, JIRA and Confluence use OpenLDAP. I have the DNS address for it, but I think Aric or someone from the Helpdesk would be the ones to provide additional information as needed.

If you get tagged on a discussion thread and someone asks a question of you, you can even respond via email, if you happen to be mobile.
